LIVE/ONLINE EVENT CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
All live and online event registrations are final and non-refundable; however, registrations may be transferred to another individual (for the same event) with advance notice. Please email all cancellations and transfer requests to [email protected]
Payment Note: If paying registration by check, your reservation will be held for 10 days; reservation is subject to cancellation if payment is not received within 10 days.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
In cases of inclement weather, all efforts will be made to hold live events as scheduled. If Kim Strobel – Happiness Coach deems it necessary to cancel an event, registrants will be notified by email and will receive a full refund. However, if event is held as scheduled, registrants will be expected to attend and no refunds will be issued (please see our full Cancellation/Substitutions Policy for further details).
Kim Strobel – Happiness Coach wants every participant to get the best possible results from programs and courses and to be completely satisfied with their purchase. That’s why a 30-day money-back guarantee is offered for programs/courses (like She Finds Joy). To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following requirements.
If you decide the program/course was not the right fit for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of the official program/course start date with your reason for requesting a refund. You will also be required to complete and submit all program/course worksheets available up to the 30-day mark to show proof that you did the activities required by the program/course and demonstrate why it did not work for you. Failure to provide a thorough and accurate accounting of your work will result in a denial of refund.
