Hello, everyone, and welcome to day four. And by the way, if you're enjoying these videos, feel free to send the links in the Facebook group link to your friends. My goal is to really help people be able to make these five major shifts in their life. So today, of course, is one of my favorite topics.
You hear me talk about this a lot. We're talking about the manifester mindset. And this has a lot to do with what is called the law of attraction. It's one of my favorite topics that I've studied for years. I love and believe in the law of attraction so much that I dedicated the last three modules of my 90 day program to teaching participants how to go very deep, and learning that they can co create their life, they can co create a life that they love that feels very good to them, and that they don't have to let life just keep happening to them by default. And this is really about learning how to harness the universe's most powerful laws, so that you can attract a lot more of what you want. Oprah Winfrey talks about the law of attraction and how she's used it in her life to create what seems like the impossible. Jim Carrey talks about the law of attraction and how he used it to go from an unknown comedian living out of his car to you know, becoming a $10 million movie star. And so, if you're feeling stuck in an action, if you're feeling overwhelmed by fear, if you have lots of self out, if you feel frustrated, because you're not getting the results that you want in life, or maybe you've been stuck in an inaction for way too long.
Let me teach you that this is has so much to do with your energy. And it's like everything else, you guys that that I teach, the bottom line is you can want, you can want everything you can want more happiness, you can want more joy, you can want a better body, you can want a better relationship, you can want a new job, you can want more vacations, you can want all of this stuff. Everybody wants it. The problem is there's a difference between the people who want it. And never take action. Don't take a courageous leap in their life. And the people who want it, and actually are doing something behind the scenes to make it come to fruition. I always say it's not enough to have the desire, we can have the desire, all we want. You have to have the action that backs up your desire, this is work, you have to be willing to work on your life. If you want things to change, you have to go in and do the deep work on yourself so that you can begin to make those changes. So I want to talk to you a little bit about this. Again, I know this is a topic that I mean, I just really believe in this idea that we can become more responsible for what we are experiencing in our life that we are much more powerful than what we know. You know, Marianne Williamson has this great quote and she says, you know, it's not our darkness that scares us. It's our light. It's our power when we begin to unleash that and we begin to actually take responsibility for our life and we become an active participant in our life. And so you know, the law of attraction is basically you know, what Albert Einstein told us, he said, you know, as human beings we are a field of energy, your body is emitting an energetic field. My soft drink, this cup has an energetic field. The bookshelf behind me has an energetic energetic field. The desk that you're out at right now has a vibrational frequency to it. I mean, wood and rocks and concrete and walls. They're all vibrating.
So are you, you are also vibrating. All right? everything including you, your body, your brain, it's all a bunch of atoms. And each atom has a nucleus. And within the nucleus, there are those electrons, right? The electrons that are rotating around it. So just bear with me, I'm giving you a science lesson right now. But basically,
everything including you is made up of a bunch of atoms, each atom has a nucleus, and the electrons are constantly orbiting around that nucleus and creating a vibrational frequency, which means everything is moving and vibrating. Every thought that you have had, every thought that you ever will have creates a vibration that goes out into the universe. And it meets up with other similar vibrations. It's called the law of similars.
Which is why when you're okay, I'll give you an example of this. This happened to me this morning, I was running behind I was an hour late getting my run. You know, I usually after my run, I run to McDonald's, and I get a McDonald's Diet Coke. And then I'm running late to a meeting a zoom meeting that I have. And I'm like creating this entourage of negative thoughts, right. And so what happens, I pull into McDonald's, and I get behind the slowest person. So I'm like, well screw this, I'm going inside, I'm going to get my burger in my diet coke a lot faster. So I go inside, and somebody is at the register. And they're like, well, I've changed my mind. Now I want to add a MC chicken instead of a Big Mac. And then they're like, wait a minute, and I'm like, you've got to be kidding me. I have seven minutes to get back to this meeting. And and then you know, the people back there fixing the food, who are great at it, but they were like having issues there was somebody knew they were training and it was taking forever. And so then I like I fly out of McDonald's, I jump in my car, and I get to the spot, the stoplight and I get behind the slowest freakin person driving down Highway 66. Like literally, I couldn't have gotten behind a slower person. Okay, this is the law of attraction, because Kim Strobel is emitting this vibrational frequency because every thought you have and every emotion that you have has a vibrational frequency.
So I'm emitting anxiety and frustration and anger. And so the universe is like, Well, let me find what else is out there matches up to that. So they find the person getting trained at McDonald's. And they find the person who changes their mind and McDonald's and they find the slow person driving down Highway 66. Because that is how the law of attraction works. All right. Every thing is energy, you are energy think about when you walk into a room, can't you feel other people's energy? Like when you're around like really low people, really negative people? Can't you just like you just feel the heaviness you just feel the darkness. And then if you're around somebody who's like really excited and and has this like energy for life, then you feel usually kind of energetic. But this is why like people have the same like energetic vibration hang out together. This is why all the negative Nellies hang out in a certain room in the teachers lounge of the school. This is why you know, birds of a feather flock together. That's exactly what the law of attraction is you guys.
And so you know, this is like an invisible energy force. It's just like your radio, right? Your radio has to emit a frequency and then it goes out into the universe. And if it matches up to the same frequency of that particular radio station 98.6. And boom, you get the radio station through your radio, you don't know how it's happening. But what's happening is this, there's a frequency that you're turning into on your radio that is matching up to the same frequency of the radio station. And that's why you're getting that music or that voice through your radio.
So the issue is and we talked about this in the belief mindset. Yesterday, right? Most of us are recycling these old tapes, these old thought patterns, these old beliefs. And we have like this knee jerk conditioning and automatic behaviors that were actually picked up from before we even turned the age of five right? We're just like Pavlov's dogs. We are simply reacting to patterns that we picked up early on in our childhood before we have the intelligence to choose wisely to know like, hey, that's not a belief system that I want to take with me that's not a pattern I want to keep repeating. And so you know how yesterday we were talking about the conscious mind the the part of your mind that rationalizes and critically thinks and has thoughts. That is 5% that is responsible for 5%
What you're creating in your life 95% of what you are creating in your life, you are creating from your subconscious mind, your subconscious mind is the beliefs that you hold about yourself. And you're doing that by default, and you don't even realize it. And so remember, we talked about how a belief is simply a repeated thought in the mind. And so a person thinks, feels and believes, however, and so that's the condition of their mind, their body and their circumstances. And again, all of these beliefs were instilled in you in your earliest days, but we have to be able to go in there. And we have to be able to pull out those belief systems that no longer service so that we can begin to move forward in our life. Let me give you a an example of this belief system. You know,
there's this belief that like, if you sit in front of a fan, you're going to get a stiff neck. So don't sit right in front of a fan, because it's going to give you a stiff neck, well, guess what happens? Your your subconscious mind will see to it that you get a stiff neck. Why? Because that's a belief system that you hold. I don't hold that belief system. So I can sleep every night next to a fan and I don't get a stiff neck. But if if my husband, but had that belief system, he would get a stiff neck, right? If you are someone who's afraid to catch a cold because someone in your house sneezes, or has a cough, then your fear becomes like this movement of your own mind. And it creates exactly what you expect. What you fear what you believe, right? Nobody else in the house gets sick, but you get sick, because you have a paranoia, you have a belief system that says, if someone has a cough and sneezes, I'm going to get sick, too. And so
in order to like become what we call like, a super attractor, right? How do you start to attract what it is that you want in your life? Right? Well, how do you do that? Well being like a super attractor, Gabrielle
Bernstein talks about this, it simply means that what you believe is exactly what you will receive what you believe, is exactly what you will receive. And so this is what we did in the vision board training. The other day, we dug super deep, I gave them my six top tools for how to feed their subconscious mind with more of what they want, so that they can harness their subconscious mind and be able to actually shift their life in a really big way with their goals and desires for 2021. Which by the way, a couple of you asked if you could still get access to that course, you can ask today after today, we're taking it down, I posted the link yesterday, you can get the two hour training, you can get the workbook, you can get everything that I taught all of them if that's what you want, I mean,
you have to have some type of plan in place unless you want to keep living your life by default. And so what we know is if you become a super attractor, you can actually tap into this unlimited source of creative energy. And that creative energy can be used to create inspiring ideas, it can offer you wisdom and intuition.
It can help you receive abundance, it can help you harness this power for for good in the world. Right? And no, it doesn't mean you're not going to have challenges. No, it doesn't mean everything's going to be perfect. But what we know is that the energetic vibration that you are carrying, is creating so much of your outcomes in what you are experiencing. And so everybody's manifesting. Even if you don't know it, you're manifesting like, you know, I was manifesting this morning or you know, the slow person that was driving the slow person in the McDonald's line, the slow person who changed I was manifesting all of that. We are all manifesting all of the time. It's just like, what are you manifesting? Are you manifesting fear and self doubt and loathing and limiting beliefs and lack of and scarcity? Or are you manifesting abundance and happiness and joy and dreams and desires and where you want to go, right? We're all manifesting. It's just that some of us are doing it on default. We're doing it on default, because we aren't becoming part of the CO creative process. We're just letting it happen to us. What I want you to do is I want you to step into the driver's seat of your life and understand that you have work to do. If you want to create these outcomes, the shifts in your life, there is a contribution there is work that you have to do. It's not enough just to have the desire and hope that it miraculously changes because it's not going to it's not going to until you start working the process behind it.
Use it you start planting not weeds in your garden, but you start planting whatever it is that you want to reap and sow and grow. And you have the power to do that you really do. I believe so wholeheartedly in this you guys I mean, of the nine modules in my 90 day coaching program, the last three are this major deep dive, we go even further than we went in the vision board workshop, we do this really deep dive on how you can continue to tap into that universal intelligence and create a life that you really love that feels good to you a lot of the time. And so my message to you is I want you to understand that you are not powerless, that you have that super shiny light inside of you. You have skills and abilities that you have dismissed that are ready to be brought out that are ready to serve the world that are ready to serve your family in whatever way that looks like I just want you to go in there and find it and bring it to the forefront. I believe so wholeheartedly in this you guys that I know that we can change the energetic vibration from which we function from I know that we have the power to attract the right people the right opportunities, the right circumstances into our life.
But we've got to do that inner work on ourselves. We've got to do that energetic work, where we truly understand that the power lies within us.
