Getting Past Discomfort—and Going for Your Greatness

If you follow me on social media at all, then you know that, from time to time, I’ll jump on Facebook Live at a moment’s notice. Workout gear, headband hair, no makeup—when I’m inspired about something and want to talk about it, I don’t let anything stop me!

In one of my recent videos, I talked about overcoming discomfort and “walking through fear.” It’s something I’m pretty familiar with personally—but it’s also something I see happening with a lot of people I come across in my work as a happiness coach and education consultant.

I give workshops, trainings, and keynote speeches all over the country, and I share some pretty big and bold ideas that I urge my audiences to consider. But I know that a majority of those attendees—no matter how excited they might be by what I’ve talked about—won’t take those next steps and USE what they’ve learned to make a difference in their lives.

The reason: FEAR.

That’s where this video comes in. I talk about getting past your discomfort … I talk about working through your fears … I talk about jumping out of planes (and probably embarrass my son just a little bit!).

So … watch and enjoy!
