It’s so easy to get lost in all the craziness of our minds. We are constantly thinking thoughts. Thoughts about the past, thoughts in the present, and thoughts about the future. But when we can create a tiny bit of space in our day to truly be present, we change the prefrontal cortex of the brain, which helps us have greater happiness, less stress, and more peace.
